The power of unconstrained potential
Unconstrained investing is an approach that allows fund managers to build portfolios from their top stock picks without reference to a benchmark index (like the FTSE 100, for example). Since they need not hold particular, stocks, sectors, styles or market capitalisation ranges simply because they form part of an index, unconstrained portfolios can focus on a fund manager’s best investment ideas. This greater flexibility can provide more potential for stock-pickers to fully express their investment insights.
