Our real estate funds

We look after real estate funds under management worth £10.1 billion*. Our range of funds extends from UK to global real estate and from direct to listed real estate.

You adviser can help you build a diversified portfolio with allocations to the major asset classes that are appropriate to your individual requirements. As part of this, you might consider a core real estate holding in direct UK real estate.

If you are looking for some exposure to overseas real estate, to complement your UK investment, you can choose from the Select Property Fund and Global REIT Fund. The Select Property Fund invests in a combination of direct commercial real estate and the shares of listed real estate companies (including REITs). The Global REIT Fund, meanwhile, invests in real estate shares listed on stock markets around the world.
