We have a strong, consistent performance record exemplified by our Pooled Property Fund, which has produced above average performance over one and five years and top quartile performance over ten years.
A benefit of our size is that we can maintain specialist in-house expertise in research, development, marketing, rent collection, credit assessment and accounting. Our size also gives us access to some of the best property deals in Europe. We exploit clear inefficiencies and mispricing in the property market through strong research which focuses firstly on cashflows and secondly on bricks and mortar. In addition, returns are boosted by our expertise in development.
Clients can access our expertise through several pooled investment funds, such as our Long Lease Property Fund. We also offer a customised service for segregated clients where the objectives and strategy are specifically agreed with the clients. We manage over £800 million* of property on a segregated basis.
