12 years of Five Star service at Standard Life

Standard Life is today celebrating an unprecedented accolade by winning a Special Achievement award for gaining the ‘Investment Provider’ and ‘Life & Pensions’ 5-Star Awards for 12 consecutive years at the annual Financial Adviser Service Awards 2007. With votes cast by over 3,000 Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs), the awards reflect high ratings achieved on the basis of new business processing, product support, personal contact, central processing and commission service.

The awards, which were attended by over 700 IFAs and financial service professionals, took place last night (Thursday 22nd November) at the Natural History Museum in London.

John Gill, Managing Director, Customer Service, UK Financial Services, who collected the awards said:
