All retail space at One Old Jewry, London EC2 is prelet
Following its prelet last month on the whole of the office space at One Old Jewry, London EC2 to Fidessa Group Plc, Standard Life Investment Funds Limited has now prelet the ground floor retail space as well.
Mosaic Fashions has taken the three retail units known as 36, 37 and 38 Poultry which total approximately 10,000 sq. ft. over two floors. Principles will occupy 4,000 sq. ft. Warehouse 3,175 sq. ft. and Coast 3,000 sq. ft. and will start fitting out in January. The total retail rent roll is over £745,000 pax. CWM and Strutt and Parker acted for Standard Life Investment Funds Limited.
