Global Lipper Award Success for Standard Life Investments

Standard Life Investments added another prestigious award to its growing list of accolades after winning the 'Best Overall Group Lipper Award' in the 'Non UK Equity Large' category at the Lipper Fund Awards 2008. The awards took place on the evening of Tuesday 4th March at Clothworker's Hall, London, and were attended by over 200 investment professionals.

Standard Life Investments qualified for the award based on its consistently strong risk-adjusted performance of its 'Non UK Equity'¹ funds relative to its peers over the three year period up to 31st December 2007¹.

¹Qualifying funds are selected using the Lipper Leader rating for consistent return. Best Overall Group Awards were awarded to the group with the lowest average decile 1 ranking over the relevant period. In order to be eligible for the 'Large' category a fund manager needs to have five equity, five bond and three mixed-asset funds.
