Voting disclosure
Our approach to disclosure
Below you will find information on our voting records for UK and European listed companies. We intend to report on our voting in other jurisdictions in due course.
We make disclosures monthly, two weeks in arrears. Our latest monthly update covers votes to the end of April 2013.
We publish our voting records in this way to be open and accountable to our clients and to meet industry best-practice standards.
