As well as being buyers and sellers of properties and real estate securities, we are also experienced commercial real estate developers, with a dedicated team in the UK and a specialist based in our Paris office. Our real estate fund managers can take advantage of this expertise in running their portfolios.

We’ve developed properties across all sectors of the UK market, from major shopping centres to small industrial units and trophy city office buildings.

Our development process

Our development projects include the purchase of land and the construction of new buildings, as well as the refurbishment and redevelopment of existing buildings.

Our approach is flexible. We undertake direct developments, appointing our own consultants and contractors where appropriate and taking on 100% of the risks and returns for our clients. We also undertake joint ventures, where the risks are shared, allowing us to spread, source and invest in a more diverse range of opportunities.
