Research

Our real estate research team offers skills and experience that have been built over a long period of time. We strongly believe in our ability to deliver value through a wholly transparent, rigorous and repeatable process designed to identify which markets and sectors offer relative appeal. The team provides original in-house research and is instrumental in setting our House View for real estate.

Stock selection

We look to source and acquire the most attractive investment opportunities. Having identified potential opportunities, we scrutinise each one closely against a range of rigorous measures. Our investment process is designed to seek superior performance for our clients.

Active management

We carefully monitor each investment on an ongoing basis and aim to add value throughout the tenure of our investment – from choosing individual properties to asset management and development.
