As well as being buyers and sellers of properties and real estate securities, we are also experienced real estate developers. All our real estate fund managers can take advantage of this expertise in running their portfolios.

We have developed properties across all sectors of the UK market, from city office buildings and major shopping centres to smaller industrial units.

Our development process

Our development projects include the purchase of land and the construction of new buildings, as well as the refurbishment and redevelopment of existing buildings.

Our approach is flexible. We undertake direct developments, appointing our own consultants and contractors where appropriate and taking on 100% of the risks and returns for our clients. We also undertake joint ventures, where the risks are shared, allowing us to spread, source and invest in a more diverse range of opportunities.
